Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Syndic Clothing.
By offering the products in our online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The following languages are available for concluding the contract: German, English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge from an order value of €150 (incl. VAT).
4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We deliver exclusively by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the product description of the seller, the stated prices are total prices including statutory VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs incurred are shown separately in the respective product description.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or customs duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also arise in connection with money transfers if the delivery does not take place in a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
The payment option(s) are communicated to the customer in the seller’s online shop.
If advance payment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.
If payment is made using one of the payment methods offered by PayPal, payment processing is carried out by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: “PayPal”) in accordance with PayPal’s terms of use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full, or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – in accordance with the terms for payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.
Klarna Payments: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm (Sweden), we offer the following payment options: invoice – payment within 30 days, instant bank transfer, direct debit. 6. Warranty and Guarantees

During periods of high demand, there may be slight delays – thank you for your understanding.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
