We usually respond within 48 hours on business days. During periods of high demand, there may be slight delays – thank you for your understanding.
MOST POPULAR
You can return items within 14 days of receipt – provided they are in perfect condition and unworn. The tags must not be removed or damaged. Returns of sale items are excluded from refunds – in this case, only an exchange or store credit can be issued.
We can only reimburse the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs if the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
A return form is available for download here. Please print it out, fill it in completely, and include it with your return.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to an additional 14 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
Once your return has arrived, it will be inspected and processed. The refund will be issued – as described above – via the original payment method. Please note that the entire process, including the credit appearing in your account, may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping is carried out via DHL Express within 2–4 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that processing and shipping your order may take 1–2 business days.
Duties, taxes & fees: For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes may apply. These charges are imposed by the respective customs office and must be borne by the recipient. Syndic Clothing assumes no responsibility for these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Use the navigation at the top of the page or browse directly through our homepage. If you're looking for something specific, our filters or the search function can help.
2. Check product information
On each product page, you'll find all available sizes, colors, a detailed description, and information about the materials. Click on the image to enlarge it and view every detail closely.
3. Complete your order
– Select your preferred size and color
– Click “Add to cart” to add the product
– Once you have added all desired items, click on the cart icon in the top right corner
– Enter your shipping and payment information
– Choose your preferred shipping and payment method
– Review all details and click “Purchase” to complete your order
Once your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

Click on the profile icon (head symbol) at the top of the page.
There you can either register by entering your name, email address, and a password, or log in if you already have an account using your email and password.
On mobile devices, tap the three lines (menu) in the top left corner. This will open the sidebar menu.
At the bottom of the menu, you’ll find the link to the account page. Simply click on "Login" to register or sign in.
Under “My Account” > “Settings” you will find the option “Log out everywhere.”
This allows you to securely and quickly log out from all connected devices.
