How does a return or exchange work?

If you wish to return an item, you may send it back to the address above within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: Direct exchanges are not possible. Simply return the item and place a new order in the desired size or color.

If your product is defective or arrived damaged, please email info@syndicclothing.com with photos of the issue. We will take care of the next steps.

Important Return Guidelines

Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Tags must not be removed.
No visible signs of wear.
Please do not send returns unpaid or uninsured.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number and advise you to keep the receipt.

Processing & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method:

PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
Credit card / Direct debit: Refund via your payment provider
Prepayment: Refund via bank transfer

Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Warranty & Statutory Rights

All items are subject to the statutory 24-month warranty period from the date of receipt. This does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.

Any additional warranties apply only if explicitly provided in writing with the product.

Notice on Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires if the contract has been fully fulfilled by both parties at your explicit request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
